Kenneth G. Bordeaux was born in Buffalo, New York in August of 1963, to the late Arthur C. Williams and Carol F. Bordeaux.  He was raised by his mother and Uncle Dennis C. Bordeaux in Rochester, New York until he graduated from Jefferson High School in 1981 and enlisted in the United States Air Force. Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems Management and graduated from Colorado Christian University in Lakewood, Colorado. He was the first and the only African American to graduate from the institutions first Computer Information Systems Management program in May 1992. He took seminary courses at Iliff School of Theology. He honorably served in the Air Force under the Ronald Reagan and George H. Bush Administration for seven years.  Kenneth knew he was a long way from the housing projects in upstate New York, when on December 7, 1987, he found himself standing on the White House front lawn, as the Flight Officer in charge, for the United States Air Force Honor Guard when he stood a mere thirty yards away from President Reagan and Russia’s President, Mikhal Gorbachev. The two were historically meeting in America for the first time to open the Washington Summit. This summit would be the time when Reagan and Gorbachev would sign the INF treaty, which eliminated 4% of both Superpowers’ nuclear arsenals. It was the first U.S. – Soviet treaty to provide for destruction of nuclear weapons, for on-site monitoring of the destruction. This would be one of those moments in his life when he had to ask God, “Lord, what are you trying to show me?  What in the world am I doing here?” A year later, he moved from the Washington DC/Maryland area to Denver, Colorado. It would be three years later, that he would launch and pastor over the next ten years, the Unity House of Prayer Christian Center – a.k.a. “A Church With-Out Walls (ACWOW).”  He has had a strong passion and desire to teach God’s people the principles and disciplines of the Word and focus on Kingdom Business. Kenneth was not raised in the Church, but became a Christian at age twenty, while in the military.  Kenneth has a great love and passion for sports. He played Pop Warner Football, Little League Baseball, Youth Basketball and was one of the first five member of the Boy’s Club of Rochester with his two brothers and two cousins. He later would become a Varsity three-letterman by playing high school football, basketball and track. He was a Captain of his high school football and basketball teams during his senior year. He served ten years coaching boys ages 5-13 in youth football and another six years coaching adult men in Semi-Professional football in the Colorado Football Conference (CFC). His coaching experience in Semi-Professional football has led him to an undefeated 10-0 regular season in 2005 with the Denver Pirates where his wide receiver corp accounted for 45 touchdowns under his leadership and played in the Championship game. He would go on to win three Colorado Football Championships with the Denver Titans in 2006, 2007 and then in 2018 after being retired for 11 years with the Denver Sharks as a Wide Receivers coach. Kenneth spent his 2008 season in his home town; Rochester, New York as the Team Chaplain for the Rochester Raiders; a professional Indoor Football (IFL) team. Also, he has worked as a Sports Agent Advisor with Sports Management World Wide assisting college football graduates with their dreams to play in the National Football League (NFL) for four years. He is married to the lovely Maria Johnson and they have between them five children and five grandchildren.
